Payment of the agreed amount, for the services (i.e. website development,) offered by PK ICON SOFTWARE & WEB SOLUTIONS LTD to the Client, as stipulated in the agreement signed shall be settled by the Client as follows:
If the Client terminates the agreement, after the Company has initiated the creation of the agreed service, a cancellation fee will apply based on the stage of the progress of the service. An interim invoice will be levied for up to the stage of the progress of the service out of the total quotation value if the commissioned project’s content is not received within 60 days of commission.
Payment of the agreed amount (i.e. web hosting, tech support, and mobile application development) offered by PK ICON SOFTWARE & WEB SOLUTIONS LTD to the Client, as stipulated in the agreement signed shall be paid by the Client every 6 months, or for the period specified in the agreement. If the Client decides to terminate any such agreement with the Company at any point during the running year, the Company will not refund the client.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our Website and Services and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this Website and our Services.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
